Setting up payments

In order to receive payments from Flagship, you must first connect your Stripe account. You can do this under Settings→Payments→Start onboarding. This will take you to log in through Stripe.

Flagship payments cadence

Flagship pays out every day, for transactions that occurred 7-10 days prior (sometimes sooner pending customer credit card settle date). It may take 2-3 business days to fully reflect the payout into your bank account from Stripe. You can see more detailed information about your orders and payout under your Insights tab and by downloading your Order Report.

You can also see additional payout information under Payouts which will show the transactions that each payout includes.

Payouts

Payouts is another place in the Brand App where you can see each pay out from Flagship. By clicking into the individual payout, you can then see the transactions that were included in that payout and deductions for commissions and fees. The Total (USD) will match the payout you receive on your Stripe account.
