Best practices for working with creators

Messaging Creators

You will be able to message creators once they have added your brand's products to their shop. Do this on Creators → clicking the name of the creator that you have an existing partnership with (see above) → selecting Message Directly.

You can also message creators through the general Message icon on the top right the control bar, to the left of the 4 bars. This also allows you to message creators who have addd your products to their shop, or have accepted your gifting campaign.

Work with Individual Creators on Flagship

Welcome to Flagship! There are many ways you can work with creators on Flagship. The Creators tab will be the place you utilize the most for this, so check it out first! Here you can see all of the creators on Flagship. Click into creators' names to view their social profiles, general info about them, and view their Flagship shops.

The best way to work with creators one to one is by sending Guaranteed Offers and Share Bonus offers to creators. This way you pay them a flat fee to share your product via Instagram Stories and are guaranteed creators will share your brand.

• If you have a small budget to work with creators on flat fee payment partnerships, start by browsing Engage with New Creators and sending some Guaranteed Offers (see Guaranteed Offers below).
• Reengage with your top selling creators (if you have been on Flagship for some time) by selecting Send Offer
• Scroll down to All Creators where you can check out all creators on Flagship. From here you can also select Send Offer to work with creators 1:1 in different ways.
• You can send a Share Bonus (see Share Bonus below), a Discount Offer, a Gift Offer, or a BOGO Offer. See Offers for Individual Creators on Flagship below for more information about these offer types and how to send them.
• Increase your brand awareness on Flagship by creating a Flagship Campaign Sale for all creators on Flagship. Head to Campaigns, and select Create a Sale.
  • When you create a sale you are incentivizing all Flagship creators to post about your brand.
  • Creators are driven to share products when there is a sale!
  • A notification to all creators will be sent out when you create a Sale or BOGO Campaign. This sale discount will be auto-applied to any creators who feature your products in their shops. Here’s an example of a shop with discounts.
