Fees on Flagship

What are the fees to sell on Flagship? 

Flagship Fee

Flagship is free to join with no upfront fees or monthly fees. Flagship only charges when sales are made.

• If you refer creators to the platform, your 6% Flagship commission will be waived on those creators’ orders, for life!
• Flagship will also waive the 6% platform fee on your strategic Creator partnerships. This applies to creators you have worked with in last 3 months who have sold at least $5k with you. Please notify us of this.

Card fees

Because Flagship processes payments from sales via Creator Shops, we charge a 3% Stripe credit card processing fee on each order. The Stripe 3% credit card processing fee is calculated based on the order total, excluding tax. The order total includes the product price, minus any discounts, plus shipping, and does not factor in the creator commission.

Commissions

The Creator commission starts at 10% and is set by you. You can set commission rates for individual creators or standardize across the board - whichever makes the most sense for your business. 

Flagship charges a 6% commission. Any other customer discounts (from sales, Creators' evergreen coupon codes, etc) are also charged by Flagship.

The remaining balance is paid to our brands on a rolling daily basis for transactions that occurred 7-10 days prior (sometimes sooner pending customer credit card settle date). It may take 2-3 business days to fully reflect the payout into your bank account from Stripe.

How are Creator commissions and fees calculated? 

Creator commissions and the 6% Flagship commission are calculated from the product total before tax, after any discounts.
