How does customer service work on Flagship?

When shoppers place orders from their favorite Creator's Flagship Shop, we send the order directly to you for fulfillment. 

At that point, you also receive all contact information for that particular shopper and will handle all customer service needs from there including shipment confirmations and tracking info - just like the rest of you customers! We want to keep things simple for you so don't require any special order management on your part. 

Flagship is here to bring the Creator economy to your door. 

Your brand contact information is included in each order confirmation so if shoppers need to reach out they go directly to you.
