Your order history is available in your account history. If your not able to access your orders via the accounts link, please contact us.
Order tracking
When your item(s) ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation directly from the brands that will include tracking info. If you did not receive tracking information or are curious about shipping status, please refer to your order confirmation page (accessible via account history where you'll find the brand's contact information). Be sure to include the order number in your email to the brand.
I need to update my order or shipping address
If you need to update your order, please reach out directly to the brand(s) and include the specific brand's order number which is found under the brand name on the right side of your order detail page.
Please note that depending on the brand or items, you may not be able to make any changes as Flagship brands strive to ship orders as quickly as possible (except in the case of pre-orders).
