Pre-orders and final sale items

Pre-ordering helps brands ensure the quality of your item before it's shipped to you as some products offered by brands on Flagship may require extra time to fulfill before shipping. These include handmade, personalized, and out-of-stock items available on a pre-order basis.

You can easily identify pre-order items by the "pre-order" button that appears before adding them to your cart.

Final sale items are items that cannot be returned or exchanged which are based on the brand’s return policy, which includes but is not limited to: clearance items, discontinued items, personalized items, and hygienic products.
