Flagship helps you truly own your audience by allowing you to capture customer emails. We call them members. A member is someone who has subscribed to your shop for access to the new arrivals, price drops, deals, and more. Members can subscribe at checkout or on your homepage.
What emails does Flagship send on my behalf?
Flagship sends emails to your members on your behalf on a few occasions. We call these automations. Automations on Flagship currently have a 6% conversion rate and account for 10-20% of creators monthly earnings!
Welcome email: A personalized greeting to new subscribers, introducing them to your shop and highlighting popular products.
Abandoned cart reminder: Gently reminds subscribers who left items in their cart to complete their purchase, boosting sales without manual effort.
Re-engagement: Reaches out to inactive subscribers with special offers or updates to rekindle their interest and encourage them to return.
You can also reach your members by publishing a Collection of curated products. When building your collection select, "Send an email to your members when this collections goes live" to reach all of your members.
How do I access my member list?
You can access your member list through the Flagship for Creators app or on your browser at app.flagship.shop:

- Tap Access your member list
