How do I use my gift credits?

Gift credits are designed to help you discover products from new brands. They can be redeemed on any product from brands you haven’t sold yet. Up to 5 gift credits can be collected at a time, and once the limit is reached, they’ll need to be used before earning more. Each gift credit is worth $100.  

To use gift credits:

1. Open the Flagship app or go to app.flagship.shop in your browser
2. Tap Discover
3. Scroll through the list of available products and tap on the one you want. Gift credits can only be used towards a single product at a time
4. Scroll down, find and tap Use x gift credits
5. Review your shipping address
6. Tap Redeem gift
